Home fermentation is easy! Rather, kombucha made at home is one of the easiest projects to undertake.
There are only a few minor things that could go wrong:
1. Your kombucha isn't fermenting quickly enough, and you have grown a bit of mold.
2. Nothing is happening, there is no change at all.
3. Your tea is still sweet, you think it should be ready already!
These situations are easily remedied.
Brewing kombucha is often mistaken for a difficult process.
