The Two Gallon SCOBY

15 ounces of live culture goodness, our Two Gallon SCOBY is includes a full size SCOBY pellicle and enough live culture to brew two gallons of kombucha or jun in 3 to 4 weeks.  It can also be used to brew a very speedy one gallon batch in 2 to 3 weeks!   

These are new and limited items for us and we'll add inventory as these SCOBYs grow.  You SCOBY will be hot off the batch!  

As with everything at Oregon Kombucha, these SCOBYS are hand made and hand packaged with care in our dedicated facility in the heart of the Pacific Northwest!
